Larry Williamson is founder and president of Anchored Values® Coaching and Consulting, providing executive coaching and leadership development, life and relationship coaching, and offering seminars and workshops on topics including communications, leadershipskills,   building relationships, conflict prevention/resolution, team building, personality profiles and more.

 Larry is a credentialed Master Certified Coach* (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), he is past president of the state chapter, and a Master Certified Life Coach** (MCLC) with an educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Larry has also served on numerous regional and national boards including; The American Society of Performance Improvement, both the North Carolina and the US Business Leadership Network, The American Society of Training and Development, the North Carolina Association of Personal and Business Coaches, the American Red Cross and others.  His 29 years in corporate human resources has included responsibilities in training, leadership development, executive coaching, media spokesperson, editor/publisher, crisis coordinator, safety, loss prevention, and much more.

Believing limits are self-imposed, his approach can best be described by his tag line, “Embracing the vision of the tomorrow we choose to create.™” Larry supports his clients as they learn to use the power of the mind, their self-talk, and conscious decisions to create their visions and move toward the life they truly desire. His passion is relationships and feels this is the foundation to our success.

* The Master Certified Coach (MCC) is the most rigorous level of credentialing awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  To achieve this certification, Larry completed 225 hours of coach-specific training, completed written and oral exams, and was required to log a minimum of 2,500 hours of client coaching.  With a membership of 19,530 coaches in 109 countries, 6,485 members in 81 countries have earned ICF Credentials.   Of these credentialed coaches, only 479 currently (as of January 2012)  hold this Master level credential with 306 of these being in the USA.

 ** Larry was awarded the Master Certified Life Coach (MCLC) credential after completion of a two year ICF accredited spiritually based coaching program offered by Coach For Life.  Through this program the coach develops their own unique coaching style and model while honoring their own core values, unique gifts and life purpose.
